Who will be our photographers?
We are a male/female partnership with many years of experience covering weddings, fashion, portraits and more. Adam is the main photographer who covers all the key parts of the day whilst the addition of the assistant allows coverage from differing angles and of different guests. Having two pairs of eyes enables us to capture a much more extensive story.
Profiles about us both coming soon to the About Us section.
When should we book our photographers?
Generally we are booked well in advance and currently have bookings across the next few years already in the diary. So if we are the photographers for you, then please do book us and pay your deposit to secure our services.
What is your wedding photography style?
There are a number of words used to describe our style but we like to think of ourselves as pursuing a documentary and journalistic style. We love telling a story and find that the best way to do this is with a set of candid and natural photos; because we take this approach it means we are able to produce a set of modern portraits and reportage images with no two weddings ever the same. We are able to capture the day with minimal interruption except for the posing of the private bride and groom portraits and any pre-arranged formal** shots. We are firm believers in being unobtrusive as it’s your special day.
Do you do formal shots?
Due to our photography style we are generally booked for the journalistic story telling, we do however like to make sure some are included in the final edits; it also keeps the grandparents and parents happy and gives them something to put on their mantelpiece. Most formal shots are arranged for after the ceremony, when we like to grab the Bride & Groom for a private portrait session, and we also take a small selection of pre-arranged formal shots. We don’t like to dominant the day and find most guests dislike this part, so we get things done efficiently and professionally.
Do you cover destination weddings?
Yes, we are available for destination weddings. All prices for destination weddings are done on a quote basis, please use the contact form to find our more about these services.
Can we meet you?
Yes we’d love to meet you! We always like to get together for a meeting before the wedding to start the rapport building, after all we’re going to be with you on your special day! We want to feel like friends so that we can blend into your day. This is why we offer free engagement shoots with all weddings, it gives us a chance to get you used to our cameras and the way we work.
How many pictures will we get?
Generally around 350-450 digital images. Though if you have a small intimate wedding this number may be smaller.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes, all weddings galleries have basic professional post production done. If you wish to have a selection of your images fully retouched, this can be arranged after you’ve received your digital images, prices vary from £5-50 per photo and is done on a quote basis, dependant on the amount of images, and the work required on each image.
What do you mean by digital images only?
This means that you are supplied with a USB that has the high resolution and web size (internet ready) images, usually in JPG format. (This means you have no prints, albums or canvases etc) We love to present our couples with a personal gift box when there images are ready which includes our branded USBs and some personalised touches.
Can we print the images?
Yes, you can self print by taking the digital images to a local store that offers printing or you can get them printed online. If you’re not sure on either of those suggestions you can get us to handle that side of things for you.
